GRAFX is the result of a simple idea born out of over a decade of experience.
While developing some other film products, the team at Retrospekt became enamored with certain processes and applications that allowed for the development of well-received custom film stock for globally-recognized brands like Sanrioís Hello Kitty and Peanuts. Inspired by those learnings, we developed GRAFX to build designs bigger than the lexicon of a single fandom, broadening the potential audience and building a creative framework that encourages exploration of film photography ó be it an engaging conceptual exercise for the seasoned film photographer or an enticing entry point for the novice film user.
